• Design data: prompts, uploaded artwork, generated designs, shirt style, colour, pattern and placement.
• Shop data: your published listings, orders, cart contents and delivery details for an order.
• Money data: credit purchases, publishing purchases, your private balance and sales entries.
• Basic technical data: device type, browser and pages viewed, used to keep the site working.

• To run your account, your credit balance, your login streak and your published shirts.
• To generate designs, render mockups and show try-on previews.
• To process orders, track sales and pay your earnings to your connected Shopify account.
• To keep the community safe and enforce our rules.
• To answer support emails you send us.

Your earnings balance is private. Only you and TeeMakerz can see it. We do not publish your sales numbers or share them with other creators or shoppers.

• Our hosting and database provider, which stores your account and shop data.
• The AI provider that generates designs from your prompts.
• Shopify, for connecting your store and sending your payouts.
• Anyone we are legally required to share with.

We do not sell your personal data.

Some things are kept in your browser rather than on our servers, including your cart, saved drafts and local credit balance. Clearing your browser storage clears those.

• You can view and edit your profile details from your account page.
• You can ask us to delete your account and personal data by emailing teemakerzteam@gmail.com.
• Deleting your account does not refund credits or publishing packs.

TeeMakerz is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
