Terms of Service

• You need an account to design, save or publish shirts. One person, one account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens on your account.
• Free credits are earned in the Earn Credits game, not given at signup. Free credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or cashed out.
• We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, our Acceptable Use rules or our Community Guidelines.

• Credits power the design tools. Packs are 100 credits for $4.99, 250 for $9.99, 500 for $19.99 and 1000 for $29.99.
• An AI shirt design costs 5 credits per generation. The virtual try-on preview is free.
• If a generation fails, the credits for that generation are automatically returned to your balance.
• Credits are a prepaid licence to use the tools, not money. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Publishing is a one-off payment, separate from credits: 1 shirt for $4.99, 3 for $9.99, 10 for $29.99.
• A published listing stays live in the shop for 3 months from the date it goes live.
• Each account can have up to 25 live shirts at a time. Unused publishing slots stay on your account until you use them.
• New listings are reviewed before going live, which normally takes 24 to 48 hours.
• We may decline or remove a listing that breaks these terms, infringes someone else's rights, or is unsafe for the shop.

• You keep ownership of the artwork you upload or generate and of the shirts you publish.
• You give TeeMakerz permission to show, print, promote and sell your published designs while the listing is live.
• Designs you publish or save are automatically attributed to your handle.
• You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload. See our Copyright & DMCA page.

• You connect your own Shopify account from your profile, and that is where your money lands.
• There is no order minimum, your first sale already counts.
• Earnings build up as a private balance that only you and TeeMakerz can see, and TeeMakerz pays the exact amount into your account.
• Payouts normally settle in 7 to 14 days after a sale clears.

Prices, credit costs, publishing packs and features can change. Changes apply going forward, never to credits or publishing you have already used. Continuing to use TeeMakerz after a change means you accept the updated terms.
