Refund Policy

• Credit packs (100 for $4.99, 250 for $9.99, 500 for $19.99, 1000 for $29.99) are final sale once purchased.
• Credits are not money. They cannot be refunded, transferred, traded or cashed out.
• Unused credits stay on your account, they are not returned as cash.
• Free starter credits and streak reward credits have no cash value.

• Publishing packs (1 shirt $4.99, 3 shirts $9.99, 10 shirts $29.99) are final sale.
• A published listing runs for 3 months. Unpublishing early does not return the slot or the payment.
• Listings removed for breaking our rules or for copyright reasons are not refunded.
• Unused publishing slots stay on your account until you use them, they are not refunded.

• A failed AI generation returns those 5 credits to your balance automatically, you do not need to ask.
• If credits were charged and you never got a design, or your balance looks wrong, email teemakerzteam@gmail.com.
• Include your handle, roughly when it happened and what you were making, and support will check the balance and correct it in credits.
• Any correction we make is issued as credits, not as a cash refund.

AI results vary and every generation uses credits. A result you simply are not happy with is still a completed generation, so it is not refunded. Try a different art style, prompt or composition and run it again.

Physical shirt orders are printed and fulfilled through the connected store, so shipping, damage and misprint issues are handled there. If a shirt arrives damaged or wrong, email teemakerzteam@gmail.com with your order details and photos and we will help get it sorted.

Opening a chargeback instead of contacting support can get your account paused while we look into it. Email us first, we would rather fix it.
